Benjamin N. Flint III

Benjamin N. Flint III

Orange, California

Benjamin Flint III ("Ben") primarily focuses his practice on business and employment litigation and on creating lasting client relationships by achieving positive results for clients meeting their unique legal needs. As California continues to impose more employment regulations on business, employers today are increasingly faced with wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment claims from their employees.

Ben specializes in defending companies against meritless claims from the initial investigation stage all the way through litigation. He has also successfully defended corporate upper management in workplace investigations involving unfounded harassment claims, obtained injunctions, litigated fraud cases, litigated partnership and corporate shareholder disputes, and defended environmental contamination claims. In addition to litigating cases through trial, Ben has successfully defended clients in appeals after prevailing at trial. While not hesitant to take a case to trial, Ben has successfully defended his business clients in mediation and arbitration, as well.

When Ben is not in the office or working on behalf of his clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and twin boys, scuba diving, snow skiing, snowboarding, camping, waterskiing, wakeboarding, and watching football, baseball, and basketball.
